Dr. Harry, who is a Nigerian trained Medical practitioner with specialty in Orthopaedic Medicine, has dedicated almost the last two decades of his life into the Rivers State Civil Service. At a recent event while speaking with journalists, he stated that, “Leading RSPHCMB is a dream come true” for him and he was ready to put in more work to take the agency to greater heights.
Between January 2004 to January 2006, he was head of department, Accident and Emergency, BMSH. Coordinator of River State Emergency Medical Services from April 2003 through October 2007; and director of River State Emergency Medical Services from October 2007 through 2013.
His rise through the ranks within the service is a testament of his dedication and a morale booster to many around him.
