Mavs guard Trey Burke re-enters NBA’s health and safety protocols

Mavericks guard Trey Burke went back into the NBA’s health and safety protocols on Tuesday due to a missed COVID-19 test ahead of a matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers, the team announced. This is the fourth time Burke has entered the protocols this season, the third time he has missed a testing window and the second Maverick to be added to the list in the past week. Burke will miss Tuesday’s game against Los Angeles.

This is the fourth time this season Trey Burke has entered health and safety protocol — twice in the fall for missing daily testing required for unvaccinated players and a third time when he got COVID in December.

The dude refuses to get vaccinated..
