What the hell is this shit? 'which provides culturally-appropriate health services for men of African descent'

So are they doing anything to improve living conditions for many so they stay healthier? Housing and money for food raise their ugly heads again.

With all this money they could increase Social Assistance significantly. Especially those on disability. They might have 25/week for food after shelter. It wouldn't even make a dent in our deficit.
