The Utah Department of Health is closing many of its COVID-19 testing sites as the state continues to see cases sharply decrease into spring.

Cause: Significantly reduce spending on testing every single person with or without a sniffle for covid with tests that have been repeatedly shown to be inaccurate. Effect: Sharply decreasing positive tests. Stop the tests = end the pandemic.
