It's terrible, especially for a woman.Telling an off the cuff joke about it shouldn't lead to a televised assault either. Sorry, huge Will Smith fan, as well as Chris Rock, but that shit could have been handled backstage later. That was the lowest moment for WS in his career.

Thank you, we get why it didn’t sit well. Yet most celebrities have had mean things said about them or their spouse without responding with physical assault. Let’s not give the assaulter an “out”…
