I've started with a PT around six weeks ago and for me, that massively changed how I feel every day. Having a new baby and you're staying in the house and feeding and changing nappies, you can get into a bit of a rut. You can feel quite lonely, which sounds strange because you're with a baby but it can be a lot. Etta comes with me to my PT sessions, but I still get up and out of the house and have something to do. It makes me feel so motivated for the rest of the day.

Another one is to just give things a go. What's the worst that can happen? I think so much in life, so many people have ideas or things they want to try, whether it's a new business or a hobby. So often, people have big dreams that they never even try because they're scared of what people might think or of failure. Sometimes overthinking things can ruin them when the worst thing that can happen is you fail and you learn from it and you try something new.

Your jobs revolve around social media and your phones, do you have any boundaries in place to help you stay sane?Definitely, I closed my direct messages around six months ago, because like Hattie said, I was receiving so many lovely messages, but even the lovely messages were so time-consuming to respond to. Whilst it's really nice to connect to your followers and stuff and you can have really lovely conversations, sometimes it's just really overwhelming.

There were also some messages that were horrible and some that weren't supposed to be horrible but felt like a dig and it would really upset me. I am quite a sensitive person and it would make me feel really insecure about every little thing I did on social media. People can still comment on my pictures and I'll happily respond there. I feel like people are way less likely to write something horrible in a comemnt, whereas in a direct message they have a real direct access to you. They can say whatever they want and there are no real reprocussions as noone else can see it. it's just you and them. Since then, it's made a real difference for me and I spend a lot less time on my phone.
