Taiwanese Actress Amanda Chu, Who Has Breast Cancer, Tells Off Netizen Who Tried To Offer Alternative Treatment

, shocked fans when she revealed on her 36th birthday on March 8 that she is suffering from stage 2 to 3 breast cancer.

The mother-of-two, who was diagnosed at the end of last year, said the cancer cells have spread to her lymph nodes. She is expected to undergo a mastectomy to remove her right breast in May and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.Despite this, she remains strong and optimistic, and has been sharing her cancer journey in the hope of encouraging fellow patients.

According to reports, Amanda has already received four rounds of chemotherapy, and will have two more sessions before her mastectomy.She recently shared her experience on her YouTube channel and reminded cancer patients not to abandon regular treatment for unapproved alternatives. However, soon after the video was posted, a netizen left a comment on Instagram saying: “I have a natural, effective and affordable anti-cancer treatment. You can send me a private message. I hope it can be of help to you."

When Amanda replied"Please get proper treatment", the netizen took offence and responded: “I don’t have any agenda. I just hope you don’t have to suffer. If you think that I am promoting something or benefiting from it, I’m not. I am not the one who suffers anyway, please reflect on your words and attitude.”Rather than engage with the netizen, Amanda thanked her fans for their encouragement and messages of support.
