Doctors should try to remember their prime function and ACTUALLY help peoples health, instead of throwing pills at them and instead of mouthing off or looking for that second lake house and new boat.

AmazingChevVolt Docs who work in ER on gun shot victims are affected, just as families are. However if this makes them get involved in being anti NRA then they have moved out of their scope of practice and into an area of (misplaced) concern. Focus on medical errors, a bigger issue at hand

If they wanna tell us the damage that certain firearms do to the human body as compared to others, go ahead. That’s absolutely their lane. But they are no more qualified to discuss gun policy than any other professional.

The Gun Violence Problem is in everybody's 'Lane.' Unfortunately, 80% of Gun Violence is Illegal Guns used Illegally. 17% is Legal Guns used Defensively, and 3% is suicide, accidents & etc. That is still just less than 2% of the tragedy of the Motor Vehicle carnage annually.
I’ve been a small arms instructor since the early 90’s and was a strong supporter of the NRA in my early 20’s. But by the time I turned 30 I realized that they were out of touch with reality. Now in my late 40’s I think it’s time that the NRA needs to go away!
They should stick to medicine and stop becoming politicians. Find an antibiotic for the superbugs.

Hey doctors...how about doing us a REAL service and just reduce the cost of your overpriced services. Just ONE doctor visit for most people is more financially painful than the physical pain.
200,000 people are killed each year by doctors and nurses . . . FAR more than by guns. Maybe the NRA should start prescribing medical procedures, as most NRA members use hospitals.

the doctors are not alone. a disgusting, non specialist like the NRA has no right to be so ignorant to experienced, specialist doctors. The nra should really crawl into a hole and hide in a bush. Alot of us want them out of our business and politics.
I encourage the NRA and it’s members to take a stand and boycott all doctors, hospitals, and anything to do with medicine, until the medical community reverses their position.
Voting rights and gun rights should be equal. If one is not allowed to vote they they should not have the right to a gun. If one is not allowed to have a gun then they should not have the right to vote. Clear up both problems with one bill
