Almost three-quarters of polled parents say they think CBD given to a child should require a prescription from a doctor - via TheGrowthOp cannabis

While three-quarters of polled parents reported feeling that CBD for children should require a doctor’s prescription, less than 63 per cent, “rated the recommendation of their child’s doctor as a strong factor in deciding whether to give their child a CBD product,” the university reports. “It’s called Epidiolex, and it’s used to treat a rare form of epilepsy in patients who are at least two years old,”Research on the role, if any, CBD would play in treating hyperactivity, anxiety, sleep problems and depression remain limited, notes the university statement.
