PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry has advised pilgrims to take extra health precautions before leaving to perform the haj. Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said influenza and pneumococcal vaccines were two vaccines that are an addition to the meningococcus vaccine which is a mandatory immunisation.
