A group of former Rustenburg Girls' school pupils have written an scathing open letter to the governing body over the treatment of Nozipho Mthembu – the school's first black full-time teacher who resigned after feeling undermined and unsupported.

We want access to the school and all that it stands for, then we want to change it to what we want..... This whole saga is about an under performing teacher, and now the old girls want to jump on the bandwagon and try and be relevant.

So who exactly forced them.

Is the racial issue seriously going to be accepted as an excuse for poor work performance...my other question is what has RGHS done to assist her to correct her performance....

That's racism.

How does one become white?

Become more white se voet,whiteness is no benchmark it's bloody backwards,we must not tolerate any racial bigotry ,

Viva Nisipho she has stirred up something that is not just going to vanish ,we want inclusive education for all equally not this type of silence of the lambs nonsense ,equal access to equal education for all equally ,all schools must be scrutinised,
