Federal prisons were told to improve inmates’ access to mental-health care. They’ve failed miserably.Instead of treating patients, some prison psychologists are forced to work as guards. That comes with violent consequences. Didn't fit into the business model probably. Wahington Post might get asked to be Transparent and they will fail miserably.
