Do you or any of your loved ones have COVID-19 right now? Here’s a checklist of what to do when isolating at home. 🛌

After an unprecedented surge in COVID-19 cases in the Philippines, which saw daily tallies reaching over 20,000 several times, the Department of Health said in mid-October that it was observing a decrease in positive cases and hospital admissions.

Emerging variants like Delta have shown that the virus’ infectiousness can get stronger, and can induce symptoms that weren’t even known from the first SARS-COV-2 virus we knew in early 2020. This list is based on information from the Department of Health , the World Health Organization , and the experiences of five households whose members underwent home quarantine and were interviewed by Rappler. At the first sign of illness, isolate yourself from the rest of your household. You will need a separate room and bathroom from them.Wear a face mask. Those caring for you or interacting with you must also wear a face mask.
