THE Pateros government said that Covid-19 vaccinations on December 25 and 26 and January 1 and 2 will be suspended to allow health workers to spend time with their loved ones.

'Ngayong panahon ng kapaskuhan ay alam naman po natin na tayo po ay dumaranas ng pandemya na halos dalawang taon na po ang nakalipas.

While Pateros had not reported a single case of Covid-19 for a month, Ponce urged his constituents to observe health protocols.'As much as possible ay dini-discourage natin 'yung paglipat-lipat ng bahay upang mag-solicit o manghingi ng mga pamasko dahil maari pa po itong maging dahilan para ang virus ay kumalat, kaya iwasan po natin na magpalipat-lipat ng bahay upang mamasko ,' he said.He also reminded residents that the sale and use of firecrackers are not allowed.
