A coalition of interns working with the Gombe State Government has sent a save-our-soul message to Governor Muhammadu Yahaya over unpaid allowances running into several months.

In a petition obtained by our correspondent on Sunday, the interns urged the state government and relevant stakeholders to hear their cries over the unpaid allowances since they started working for the state. The petition read in part, “The Gombe State Government, under the watch of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, over time has demonstrated the spirit of sportsmanship in making the health sector the number one priority.
