Willie Garson kept his cancer battle a secret from his Sex and the City co-stars for a short time, but told his longtime friend Sarah Jessica Parker.Willie's passing came as a shock to fans. And Willie didn't initially unveil his cancer battle to some of the SATC cast mates, actress Cynthia Nixon has revealed.
"Sarah Jessica was the only one that knew he was sick when we were filming until things became undeniable and then we were told. Cynthia, who plays Mirdana Hobbs in SATC and the show's sequel And Just Like That, went on the quote Charlotte York Goldenblatt from the show, who is played by Kirstin Davis.
Following Willie's death, Sex and the City star Sarah, 56, shared a heartbreaking tribute to the star.
