Notably, unvaccinated American travelers cannot visit France except under certain conditions, such as for essential work or studies. for international travelers arriving in the country, including returning Americans. Since December 6, all international arrivals, vaccinated and unvaccinated, need to provide a negative test for Covid-19 no more than one day before boarding their flight. from the World Health Organization reported just over 3.8 million new cases around the world.
Covid-19 cases have been on the rise in the European region since early October, with a 7% increase as compared to the previous week and 38% of European countries reporting a double-digit increase in new weekly cases. Following a declining trend since late June 2021, new cases in Africa exploded by 93% during the week of November 22. Notably, 43% of the new cases were from a batch reporting of antigen tests from South Africa, where the omicron variant was first discovered.
Its time for the people to vote with our feet and leave the places where psychotic despots have established authoritarian dictatorships in the name of public health. Let them just segregate themselves out of existence.
