SA Health is boosting COVID testing in Adelaide's southern suburbs after a mystery infection was one of four new cases reported today.

One woman, who had attended a Largs North cafe on Monday, found out from a friend on Thursday night that it had been listed as an exposure site. She said she and her husband, who also got tested, "had been here before" after returning from travel."We've been here before and had to wait six hours."
