Penile cancer can often be regarded as a taboo subject or something many people may feel embarrassed to talk about.

Dr Cullen said many men develop changes or abnormalities with the penis but are reluctant to attend their GP. "In normal adult life, the foreskin should be able to retract over the head of the penis, but in some situations, one can develop a tight foreskin which becomes non-retractile.
