THE Kelantan Veterinary Services Department has launched Sistem E-Ternak that is expected to benefit more than 100,000 breeders in the state. State Agriculture, Agro-based Industry, Biotechnology, Green Technology and Environment Committee chairman Tuan Mohd Saripudin Tuan Ismail said the system, which is being used for the first time in the country, was to find out the distribution and status of livestock, such as cows and buffaloes.
