MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health confirmed on Saturday another 238 deaths due to COVID-19 complications. These fatalities brought the country’s total death toll to 45,272, which represents 1.61 percent of all the 2,815,080 confirmed cases of the disease.There are still 29,382 patients with COVID-19 in the country, according to the DOH data.Of the active cases, 63.6 percent are mild, 5.6 percent are asymptomatic, 16.34 are moderate, 10.1 percent are severe, and 4.3 percent are critical.
