'Anti-inflammatory' diet of fruit, veg, tea and coffee can stave off dementia

Eating an 'anti-inflammatory' diet could cut risk of getting dementia by a third. Tea, coffee, fruit, vegetables and legumes all contain healthy plant compounds. These combat age-related inflammation which can increase risk, study found.
