Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has said the government will keep the expiry of vaccine certs "under review" - but said there were no plans to extend their use.The Health Minister also addressed claims that a full work-from-home order for non-essential businesses could be soon be reinstated after a surge in Covid-19 cases.
"I think at the press conference last night [Wednesday] the NPHET team were being asked about a few hypotheticals and were giving a view generally that, given the case numbers right now, they would prefer people to be opting for the safer option." Finally, Mr Donnelly said the government is not considering adding an expiry date to the vaccine pass "at the moment", but said it would be kept "under review".
