THE daily Covid-19 positivity rate in the Philippines continued to decrease, with the Department of Health reporting 4.3 percent on Wednesday, November 10, the lowest since January 24, 2021.

Of the tests performed, 2,646 new cases were added to the tally, bringing the total caseload to 2,809,311, as of 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 10. The total number of patients who have recovered from the disease also climbed to 2,735,508, with 4,029 additional recoveries reported by the DOH. This was 97.4 percent of the country’s cases.

Majority or 60.8 percent of the coronavirus infections have been tagged as mild cases, 17.36 percent were moderate, seven percent were asymptomatic, 10.4 percent were severe and 4.4 percent were critical.
