WA's Health Minister said the 30 recommendations would be 'accepted and acted upon immediately'. 9News

All recommendations made in an independent report into the death of a seven-year-old girl at Perth Children's Hospital will be accepted by the Western Australian Government.

"What dominates this report is their love for Aishwarya, their commitment to honour their legacy and their desire for answers and for change to benefit other children in the future. "The inquiry team noted that they interviewed many health care professionals at the hospital who were profoundly distressed by the death of Aishwarya and the unimaginable loss being experienced by her parents."Additionally, parents and carers will be able to escalate concerns about their child's health in a hospital if they are still worried after speaking to a staff member, under new rules to be introduced in WA after Aishwarya's death.

Mr Mcgowan promised too change things thanked me gave me platitudes under his Government the Coronial Inquiry I called for 5 years later was held lies and more lies, should have guessed when Police stopped mme handing in request as I could not even get his body back no Gov cares

I applaud her parents determination too fight for change , but more than likely lip service is all that will happen I speak from personal experience, under Colin Barnett whom I wrote too, I also warned Mr Mcgowan

Absolutely unacceptable that this has happened in a first world country. Hang your heads and resign. Disgusting.

To the health minister and this government immediately means this week, this month, this year, this decade.

RogerCookMLA why haven’t you resigned? What a disgrace! shameshameshame
