THE Department of Health recorded for the second straight day below 2,000 new cases of coronavirus disease that brought the country’s total caseload to 2,795,642.
The recoveries also went up with 2,591 more patients reported to have recovered from the disease. The Philippines now has 2,714,658 Covid-19 recoveries. This is 97.1 percent of all coronavirus-positive cases reported. The DOH also reported that the positivity rate in the country was at 6.6 percent, based on the 34,190 samples tested on November 2.
