Ford wrote to hospitals and other stakeholders last month asking for input on the issue.
A statement from Ford says high vaccination rates in hospitals and strong infection control measures mean hospitals are safe and can manage outbreaks. Ford says the government will keep monitoring the situation but for now will leave the decision to mandate vaccines up to individual hospitals.

If vaccines work so well they can be mandated, why do you have to wear a mask if you’ve been vaccinated? Have you seen any reports of deaths due to vaccines in any mainstream media? Not only are eyes blind, their heart are also blind! They have lost their conscience!
Only reasonable thing to do, am sure the healthy ones will scream? But what of the ones have had needed surgeries postponed numourous times in the last couple years Firing staff will just make it worse! Guessing they realised the system could collapse?
