Reality TV star Sbahle Mpisane has admitted that getting a six pack is hard work and has resorted to joining the fat freezing trend for a flat tummy.
Even though she remains one of the sexiest women in Mzansi, Sbahle has been working hard to get back to her pre-car accident"Fitness Bunny" body. Stating that training was not given her the desired results in the time she wished, Sbahle told her followers on Instagram that she had opted to try and freeze the fat to fast-track her progress.
