Adele has shared her *real* wellness routine and revealed that the stories about her diets and fitness routines were totally fabricated.

," she says. "Working out, I would just feel better. It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone. I got quite addicted to it.”

She's very clear about the privilege in being able to spend a large amount of time exercising, though. “I was basically unemployed when I was doing it. And I do it with [personal] trainers. It’s not doable for a lot of people.” What a star – being truly real about her wellness routine, what inspires it, as well as her awareness of what it takes to maintain it.Adele also got candid about the public obsession over her body. “People have been talking about my body for 12 years,” she says.

"I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew!
