NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet announced the changes at a press conference on Thursday morning without a representative from NSW Health present."We need to open up, we need to open up safely and that's why we have made the decisions we have," he told reporters.From Monday, indoor home gatherings will double to 10 visitors and outdoor gatherings will increase from 20 to 30.
In addition, all children will return to school by 25 October, with COVID-safe measures in place. Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 12 will return as previously announced on 18 October, with all other years to follow the following week. This includes an increased cap from 500 to 3,000 people for controlled and ticketed outdoor events and the reopening of night clubs for seated drinking only.

Hmmm. What about those many places where the vaccination % - due to supply issues - is nowhere near 70% Rich, white Sydney areas are all over 80% already, while areas in the Hunter, where cases are surging, are between 50 and 60% - of over 16’s not total auspol COVID19nsw
