In welcoming the announcement, its secretary-general Datuk Mohd Shafiq Abdullah said the additional vaccine doses would be able to increase coverage of the existing vaccination programme to include people from all walks of life.

Don't give such misleading title. It is the duty of the govt, which are civil servants, to ensure the well being the citizens to be healthy & free from diseases. If they can't do such basic work then they are a betrayal to the nation & its people.
