Then deport him. He got to Australia on a false passport and has a dodgy history.

At present lockdown is neccessary to stop virus but Vaccination is neccessary to stop lockdowns Lockdown is not the solution of this pandemic

Force him to isolate on an island

fine him $500K and that should work

Very irresponsible action

Where there are loopholes people will take advantage that is obvious in any situation. The problem here is tbt soft and health orders that It was for him to look at properties. That’s why they could only get him for not using QR code’s. bradhazzard & GladysB fail again!

fantastic, now increase the penalties. We have to make an example of these rule breakers. Dan Andrews take note! the cost to NSW/Vic and Aust generally is horrendous and Andrews response that a longer lockdown somehow penalises these idiots is staggering!

A $1000 fine for someone that lives in Rose Bay & is looking to buy property in Byron Bay, quite the deterrent, that’ll stop him & others like him.

Oh wow DanielAndrewsMP look you can charge people who break Health Orders.

He doesn't believe in it, so why treat him. Just give him a couple of panadol, he'll be right

Maybe a civil suit brought on by everyone who was affected by his reckless endangerment to communities. He appears to be living well..$$$

Will he be charged with endangering life? No. Will he pay his fine? No. Will he and his family give a shit? No.

Hope he didn’t have aids too

How appalling and ignorant :( Hope they catch him. He better be charged. I look forward to his swift arrest and successful prosecution. Then again I also look forward to winning the lottery.

Police investigate whether COVID-positive Sydney man who travelled to Byron Bay breached health ordersThe Sydney man who travelled to Byron Bay is accused of not using QR codes during his stay and travelling there to view property, in a move the local mayor has slammed as 'annoying and frustrating'. Can the NSW police investigate on their own Premier too. why she can’t do a better job bringing the numbers down,!? Rather constantly going on about a vaccine for the past 2 weeks. Can’t tolerate her podium daily announcements. Interesting that it is not automatic that travelling from Sydney to Byron is a breach of lockdown orders. Toughest lockdown, hey?
