The Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige, has threatened to invoke the “no work, no pay” rule as the strike by the National Association of Resident Doctors bites harder in the country. The National Association of Resident Doctors is currently on strike based on the alleged failure of the Federal Government to honour an agreement reached with the association. But speaking on Channels Television’s interview on Friday, Ngige said he has a son and daughter who are practising doctors.
“I have other tools within the labour laws and I will do it. I invoked Section 43 of the labour laws this afternoon. I have communicated it to NARD. They will not receive money for the period they are on strike and it will never count as a period of pensionable position in their career. “As we speak, I have not received any notification that is why I am invoking Section 43 of the Labour Act on withdrawal of services, right to strike and the right to protect the employer and their patients.
A DISGRACE TO IGBOLAND. Intelligence is never measured by cramming & vomiting Text Books written by someone else. Could a Fulani Cattle Herder be more intelligent than some so called Igbo elites? YES! World, I present to you, a STUPID Igbo 'DOCTOR', Ichi Ewu, a.k.a, Chris Njije.
Nigerian elite banditry, they steal votes, steal authority and steal money then they speak to the citizens in the language they understand.

Fool at 70 is fool for life
Ngige is the only proud Fulani Hausa Slave, because of the little money he stole,🙄🙄🙄🦅🦅👇👇
It’s obvious now dat dis is government for some people against d people and kill d people.
Ngige is just a disappointment. Tueh
Ngige, get off your high horse of pride. Look at the root of these incessant strikes & address the keys issues. Pride goes before a fall, you said, 'doctors can leave, we have enough.' You all can shamelessly go abroad for care but many Nigerians can't, negotiate, do the needful
Things like this only happens in Nigeria
