The World Health Organization wants a moratorium on booster shots in order to vaccinate at least 10% of the world by September

The United States has disputed calls by the UN health agency to delay Covid-19 vaccine booster shots, as poorer countries battle with severe supply shortages and rising outbreaks of the virus. on Wednesday said halting booster shots until at least the end of September would help ease the drastic inequity in vaccine distribution between rich and poor nations.

The US Pres on Tues announced that the US has donated 110 million doses to the rest of the world, in July the UK stated it would donate 100 million doses over the next 12 months. you'd think the G and WHO could have mentioned that:

Moderna and pfizer can’t go to poorer countries, how can they keep them at the right temperature? But janssen and astrazeneca i guess it’s simpler logistics

Get out of old bias, you could have used to support your article more representative photo from relevant countries that don’t have vaccines

The US is right those poorer nations are loaded with anti-vaccine people. The US should restrict vaccines given to southern states in the US as well.
