Medical system on the verge of collapse I think, and the rule for no visitors apply to all, covid and non covid...I meant, who going to be responsible if the visitors is the one bringing covid into the ward?

You should seriously consider sueing the doctors involved, the hospital, the MOH, and the government for putting your family through such pain and agony. If legal costs are an issue, please arrange public funding which we are sure will get good support from the general public.
