The spike in Covid-19 cases in Kelantan for the past few days was caused by Hari Raya Aidiladha celebrations as well as a cluster originating from market activities, according to the state's health department.
Kelantan Health Department director Dr Zaini Hussin said they have also detected the first Covid-19 case involving the Delta variant in the state.
