Lost confidence is more like it .
Don't think the medical staff including Doctors will leave their job if their contract T&Cs are reasonably attractive & competitive. The revised contract T&Cs as announced by PiiiM yesterday should reverse the trend. If not, then something else is wrong & need to be identified!
