PETALING JAYA: Anyone who received a Covid-19 vaccine shot that is proven to be"empty" will be given a proper dose, says Health Minister Datuk Seri Adham Baba.
Berita Harian quoted him as saying that the ministry would contact the individuals concerned to receive their vaccines.He was responding to several individuals who recorded themselves during the process and claimed they were not given any Covid-19 vaccine.The Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force said it was working with the authorities to investigate alleged wrongdoings during vaccinations under the immunisation programme.
It added that it would not hesitate to end the services of personnel found to be involved in misconduct.One case allegedly took place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre on July 17, which was reported by a member of the public. The other case allegedly took place at the Bangi Avenue Convention Centre on Sunday , and a report was made by a healthcare officer there.
Do not create doubts in the rakyat trust in the system and the government
Unimaginable for this incident to happen KKM should take a very serious look and an investigation should be conducted to determine how it happen and why

Not a proper answer. Why this happened. Why no supervision. Are they members of selling illegal vaccine. How many empty shots were given to public Do you require a full time came focused on these people to verify the fake shots? These are the answers required.

Pity the nurses. Working long hours continuously so we can have the high vaccination numbers - exhaustion will cause mistakes. The administration needs to look at factoring in some rest days for the nurses.

To announce this way shows the lack of thinking to solve a problem. Instead, strive to rectify the proctocol to show the full process. Allow video or camera shot by those who wish to. It's their bodies. Whose word is final? I believe there are only few bad apples.

From the video clip, the empty vaccine shot was real. And sure there must be other similar cases that had happened and are still happening. It's a collective shame that we've people in the medical profession that resort to such dirty and unethical practice just to make money!
