Love Island alumni Demi Jones has said she's "staying super positive" as she continues to fight cancer, revealing that if she didn't she'd 'make herself depressed'.
Speaking to Capital XTRA radio when asked about the power of her being positive she said: "I feel like if I didn't I would make myself ill - you've got to be positive-minded and you've got to be strong-minded to get yourself through it otherwise you just wouldn't. In reference to the country's so-called Freedom Day following the lifting of Covid-enforced restrictions, Demi said: "Bring on July 19, I'm ready to dance and have fun again!"
"But the impact it's had – I was literally at a train station two days ago and a woman just comes up to me and goes 'Demi, thank you, because if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have had my lump checked last week' and just walked past.
