MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health on Sunday reported 84 new COVID-19 deaths in the country, bringing the death toll to 23,621.Meanwhile, the total number of new coronavirus cases in the country is now at 1,359,015 after 5,803 new cases were added. Of the total, 57,679 or 4.2 percent of the caseload are active cases with most either having mild or no symptoms at 95.6 percent.
