Health Minister Greg Hunt says Australia “followed the medical advice” in the decision to raise the recommended age of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

“We followed the medical advice which has been very, very clear and what we see is Australia has one of the most conservative age ranges now, if you look at the UK, which allows AstraZeneca for 40 and above, South Korea 30 and above, Germany for 18 and above,” he told Sky News.

” Mr Hunt said the rigorous testing on the vaccine has put Australia in a good position as blood clots were discovered earlier in Australia and defended the decision to give the jab the full assessment even though it slowed the vaccine rollout. “We’ve taken cautious decisions in relation to vaccinations, I remember many said let’s just rush this vaccine in without having the full assessment process.

The health advice they are receiving is deceiving

That 'medical advice' has been implemented in Europe and Canada for nearly 6 weeks, Australia must still be receiving its advice by sea mail. Keep the propaganda flowing, this government is criminally negligent. Auspol ScottyMustGo
