The primary issue here isn’t the cost of health insurance.. it’s the exorbitant cost of drugs, medical procedures, hospital stays etc. Drug prices in the US are 200-1000% higher than the rest of the world. Cardiac bypass is 3x more expensive than in the UK, etc.

The part of these repeated court challenges that amazes me most, in the last 7 years or so there have been no legislative changes. If you don’t like something, negotiate with the other party and get some of it changed. Congress keeps whining in the courts. Shameful.
Maybe Repubs should stop with the lawsuits and actually come up with a viable alternative. They certainly have had more than enough time to do so.
