PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded 5,419 more Covid-19 cases and 101 fatalities, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday (June 15).

In a Twitter post, Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said Selangor has 1,996 cases – the highest in the country.

There are 922 patients under intensive care, with 450 requiring ventilator support.The total number of people who have recovered from the virus in Malaysia is now 593,695.
