New NSW COVID-19 case linked to other travellers in hotel quarantine

NSW Health authorities are investigating another instance of COVID-19 spreading among returned travellers in hotel quarantine.

All three cases arrived in Sydney on the same flight from Doha on June 1, and stayed in adjacent rooms in the quarantine hotel in Sydney's CBD.

Why do these things keep happening in NSW?

This is unacceptable what the hell is wrong with Gladys the worst possible tracing system putting the whole country in danger due to GladysB decision to show pony rather than truthfully report or enable tracing. Pathetic NSW worst Covid management in Australia.
