The Pulau Ketam cluster involves the Klang, Petaling, and Sabak Bernam districts in Selangor, and emerged from social activities by the community. To date, there are 22 cases detected in the cluster.
The Jalan Limbang cluster is a cluster linked to religious activity, and is located in Miri, Sarawak.The Beladin cluster is also a cluster linked to religious activity, involving the Pusa district in Sarawak.
