"Saline injection does not cause any harm, however this should not have happened,” Mackenzie Health said in a statement posted online Monday. "Our internal quality assurance processes allowed us to identify this issue in a timely manner and contact the impacted individuals to disclose the issue." Mackenzie Health said they “sincerely apologize for error” and have undertaken a full review of their processes to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Stuff like this shouldn't make the news. A mistake? Yes. Any harm done? No. Just more ammunition for the anti vaxers, and more reason for non vaccinated people to hesitate.
Was this really worth reporting ? 🙄 I mean, yes a mistake was made (luckily a harmless one), but it was quickly identified and rectified. You are not helping end vaccine hesitancy by reporting stuff like this, instead you are fuelling it.
