Among the latest changes to the SOPs is the rule on the number of people allowed to sit at a table in restaurants.

“When the government announces that they are moving into alert level 1, 2, 3 or 4, people and businesses automatically know what they need to do. “That is why they are called standard operating procedures. They are not changed every now and then and should be clear.”

I remind myself this is Malaysia. Sometimes I think some of the Ministers are too proud to want to acknowledge it and follow other countries who are able to mitigate the spread of the Pandemic.
