Malacca hospital can’t cope with rising Covid-19 cases

Virus positive patients and those undergoing quarantine from Malacca will be sent to the MAEPS facility in Serdang from now on because the state’s main hospital can’t cope with the number of cases anymore. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 10, 2021.

COVID-19 patients in Malacca will be sent to the Low-Risk Treatment and Quarantine Centre at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang , Selangor from now on. Chief Minister, Sulaiman Md Ali said this was because Malacca hospital, being the only quarantine centre in the state, is no longer able to cope with the increasing number of cases.
