K-One Technology Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary K-One MediTech Sdn Bhd has received approval from the Medical Device Authority of Malaysia to manufacture and supply additional variants of nasal swabs.
This development comes amidst the surge of Covid-19 cases which rose to 108,615 cases on Dec 29 with 21,443 active cases and a death toll of 457 people. It is optimistic that the latest approval of its additional variants of nasal swabs will help to meet the surge in demand. It explains that the variants help meet the varying needs of children and adults who require different head diameter, applicator length and break point.
