The CS /Pt Services Grp preys on elderly dementia pts and will be friendly w elderly cust to gain trust and then simply put them on a 30 or 90 day reorder program and the warehouse continues to ship and they bill mediare! Not sure they need supplies!
This particular company is certified through the joint commission which is s complete joke. We knew about every surprise visit wks before they showed up. That company hasn't performed an inventory in years. No inventory integrity. Cust orders a Hollister item and recs a generic.
If you are looking for low hanging fruit, start by investigating and taking down these fraudulent healthcare home medical supply companies! I know of one that is screwing the medicare system out of millions ea yr by sending elderly/denial pts unnecessary catheters w kits, etc!
